Florida Statutes require that the Clerk of the Circuit Court act as Ex-Officio Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners.
Commission Records staff attends, digitally records, accepts and files paperwork related to various meetings, and produces and maintains minutes of the Board of County Commission, Charter Review Board, Planning Commission and Value Adjustment Board meetings. Board Records also serves as the Clerk and Recorder for Code Enforcement hearings and maintains custody and control of the seal for the Board of County Commissioners.
