Not Feeling Well? Concerned About Getting Sick? Please Visit the Clerk’s Online Services.


Due to widespread respiratory illnesses this season, the Clerk’s office is taking additional steps to protect citizens doing business with us at the Courthouse and at the Clerk Annex.  We are requesting that unless you absolutely need to be present in person; for a hearing, jury duty, or other official business with our office; that all visitors, vendors and staff members who exhibit symptoms of acute respiratory illness please refrain from visiting our offices until you are well. Let’s work together to stop the spread of germs!

The Citrus County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller is pleased to provide the citizens with a robust, safe and secure online resource ranging from making online payments to searching court case information to initiating a marriage license application. Through the Clerk of Courts’ Online Services, you can access a wealth of information maintained by our office!

Our online services provides public access to: record documents, enroll for a payment plan, search official records and court records, request and receive public records, view BOCC agendas/minutes/meetings LIVE or in an archived format, financial and audit reports, a fraud hotline, tax deed applications, sales for mortgage foreclosures and tax deeds, passport application forms including renewals, and jury excusal requests.

There are standard online services (free of charge) and premier online services (fee-based).  The fee-based online services are available with a monthly subscription through our office. 

We are proud of our continued efforts in providing the most efficient and reliable access to our services. All of our online services are designed to respect our customers’ time and expense by reducing or eliminating the need to make a trip to the Courthouse or the Clerk Annex.
