Portrait orientation
300 DPI (for a scanned document)
Black and white not color (for a scanned document)
3x3 inch space at the top right corner on the first page
1x3 inch space at the top right corner on each subsequent page
1 inch margin
Can be no larger than 50 MB
Do not password protect documents
