Paper versions are available at the Clerk Annex located at 120 N Montgomery Ave., Inverness, Florida 34450, as well as the five Citrus County Libraries (for location addresses please visit www.citruslibraries.org).

DS-11 Applications are accepted every weekday, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The last passport is accepted at 4:00 p.m. For those citizens needing passport services after 4:00 p.m., please call our office for accommodations.

No. The U.S. Department of State does not allow the submission of the DS-82 renewal passport application to acceptance agents. Instructions for submitting the renewal applications are available on the application itself and on the travel.state.gov website.
